Strategies for Your Success
Lori LeBlanc, LLC, is a Louisiana-based, woman-owned professional consulting firm with extensive experience facilitating regulatory issues with oil and gas companies as well as working with local, state and federal officials to advance major infrastructure projects in Louisiana. With offices in Thibodaux, Louisiana, we are conveniently located in the heart of coastal Louisiana and the hub of Gulf of Mexico oil and gas activity.
The firm was established in 2010 shortly after the Deepwater Horizon incident in order to assist offshore oil and gas operators with the new regulatory regime. Our expertise is in advancing projects through strategic, far-reaching, and aggressive public outreach and advocacy initiatives relative to oil and gas, coastal restoration, levee protection, ports, and environmental protection projects.
Lori LeBlanc, LLC currently manages and implements major advocacy efforts for the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association (LMOGA), Gulf Economic Survival Team (GEST), Morganza Action Coalition (MAC), North Lafourche Levee District (NLLD), and Port Cameron.
Prior to forming the company, president Lori LeBlanc served as Deputy Secretary at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and worked closely with then-Secretary Scott Angelle. Lori has maintained her relations with the oil and gas companies as well as her government agency contacts through the years by working on several initiatives, including LMOGA, GEST and MAC. Earlier in her career, Lori spent ten years in environmental consulting with a focus on project management for major petrochemical companies in Louisiana.
Our team’s achievements in the private, non-profit, and government sectors provides a broad knowledge base to our clients in strategic planning, government relations, policy and business development, community outreach, and collaborating resources for the effective implementation of complex initiatives.
